Instruction of filling application

APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR EDUCATION – 2025

Students are strongly advised to carefully read the following instructions before proceeding with their scholarship applications:

PLEASE APPLY ONLY IF YOU ARE A DESERVING CANDIDATE (Refer Point No.1)

1.     This financial assistance is extended to students belonging to Economically weak and Needy families only.

2.     Enclose all relevant attested, signed records, latest marks list, admission letter/ study certificate, proof of income/ salary certificate of parents, college fees structure & details of the concerned institution. 

3.     This application has to be compulsorily attested by the Head of the Institution where the student is studying and from the Trustee under their appropriate seal of GSB temple / Mandir / Religious Institute of residing place.

4.     A current passport size photograph of the student should be uploaded with the application. This application with all relevant documents completed in all respects should be uploaded on the PORTAL on or before 31^st October 2025.

5.     The PORTAL will not accept the application after the last date. Incomplete applications are liable to be REJECTED. No correspondence will be entertained in such matters. Financial assistance shall be remitted through E-banking. Bank details without any errors must be furnished compulsorily; otherwise, application will not be ACCEPTED.

Note: 

• Document Preparation: Ensure that all necessary scanned documents (e.g., Applicant Photograph, Marksheet, Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Passbook, Driving License, Voter ID, Parent/Guardian Salary/Income certificate, Recommendation Letter, Certificate from Institution, etc.) are ready. Each file should not exceed 2MB. You can also add multiple related documents in the same section. E.g. Aadhar Front Page and Aadhaar Back page can be uploaded one after other under “Applicant Aadhaar Card” in \\\\\\\"Upload Documents\\\\\\\" tab. 
• Platform Information: SaraswathScholarship, on kashimathtrusts.org, is a platform for applying to various scholarships offered by Trusts. No fees are charged to applicants for applying to scholarships.
• Scholarship Awarding: The awarding of scholarships is at the sole discretion of the Trust. Applying does not guarantee the award of a scholarship.
• Right to Amend: SaraswathScholarship reserves the right to withdraw or amend any listed scholarship without prior notice.
• Funding and Availability: Scholarships are subject to funding and availability.
• Liability Disclaimer: SaraswathScholarship and kashimathtrust.org are not liable for any loss or damage incurred by applicants dealing with unauthorized individuals/entities. This includes sharing personal information or making payments to such unauthorized entities.
